St. Samson's court and St. Samson's Square have been designed by leading architects McCrosson Manning to provide a unique amenity for residents in the form of two beautifully landscaped private gardens.

All of the townhouses will have their own rear patio gardens, which will provide a personal private space. These in turn will open out into a large landscaped private area, which will be totally secure, and only accessible through a small number of controlled entry points.
